1. Site Acqusition
- Technical Site surveys according to digital Coordinates provides by Radio Frequency planning.
- Evaluate sites feasibilities and layout preparation as per site requirement.
- Arrangement of no objection certificates for site build out from local authorities as per their rules and regulation.
- Negotiations for lease terms and conditions with property owner.
2. Civil Construction
i. Geo-technical analysis
Soil investigation provided with bore logs.
ii. Structural Analysis based on Geo-technical analysis
Equipment room, Gen set foundation, Tower foundation.
iii. Preparation of DED based on Structural Analysis
A detailed design drawing of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical works Documentation.
iv. Site Construction
Site Layout & leveling works
- Excavation
Tower Foundation, BTS Room, Gen. Set Room.
- Steel Works
Based on structural design and specifications.
Steel is procured from pre-approved Manufacturers.
Ensuring Quality and Ontime deliveries of steel items.
- Concreting Works
Using the 1: 1 (1/2) : 3
Approved Cement (Pak Land, Falcon).
Block masonry work with 1600 psi. Compaction strength.
Flooring & Bricks paving with finish floor, back filling.

3. Tower Fabrication Works
Detail Structural Design Drawing, Mechanical, Fabrication & Installation Works.
i. Tower Design Standards
Towers are designed for wind speed of 100 mph (or as per client requirement) in accordance with the following design standards.
- EIA/TIA – 222E Structural standards for steel Antenna Towers And Antenna Supporting Structures.
- Manual for steel Construction by American Institute for Steel Construction.
ii. Tower Superstructure/Accessories
Tower superstructure to consist of self supported angle lattice structure bolted together. A-36 steel with yield strength of 36,000 psi to be used for all main members, bracings and gusset plates. Tower to be hot dipped galvanized with a minimum coating thickness of 90 microns ( or as per client requirement ).
- Platforms as per the requirement of the client.
- Climbing Ladder to be 600mm wide steps spaced at 300mm and safety cage/loops at the back.
- Wave-guide supports to be provided along with climbing ladder at 1.0m spacing Wave-guide tray to be constructed between the Tower and the BTS Room.
- Lightening arrestor to be provided 3.0m above the top of the tower superstructure, so as to provide a 45° cone of protection, to all antennas and dishes mounted on the tower.
- Aircraft warning lights two at the top to be provided. These lights connected through a solar switch.
- Paintings of tower consist of two coats of white and orange bands (aviation colors) Over a coat of primer.
- The four legs of the tower are to be inter-connected using copper cable or a copper strip of required cross-section, and this system is connected to the earthling pit/earthling copper rods.
4. Electromechanical Construction
- Installation of Gen. Set & back-up battery.
- Electrification Works including AC power supply connection & Energizing the Equipments and Instruments.
- Antenna Rigging and Earthing Works.
- Air Conditioning System Installation.
5. Rollout Management
- Planning Management, with a single point of contact for the owners.
- Management & coordination of sub-contractors and their third parties.
- Continuous monitoring and progress reports for each and every step involved in a task.
- Risk analysis and contingency planning.
- Documentation , asset and logistics management.
- Final acceptance testing & handover.
